GENERAL INFO-RESERVATION POLICY

User/Visitor access to the website of www.villamarianoussa.com offers the possibility to explore our premises, discover our establishment and communicate with us to organize in the best possible way, their visit and accommodation with us.

ACCOMMODATION

If you are interested in staying at “Villa Maria Naoussa”,  there are two available options for arranging your accommodation:

  1. a) Through our website all visitors can access “Book your Suite” which automatically allows the guest to view our availability, as well as enter your preferences and the number of guests that will accompany them. As this option is being offered on our website through third party booking system, all transactions/purchases that are completed through this option, are placed directly in the web environment of that booking system, and the guest’s data is not being disclosed or stored in our website or our establishment.
  2. b) All guests can always communicate with us and inform us about the number of visitors, their preferred dates of visit and their room selection. Accordingly, an associate of our company will communicate with them in order to inform them about their possibilities and the total cost of your stay.

Each Suite or room is rented per day. A “day” is defined as the period from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 11:00 the following day. There is a minimum stay requirement which is 2 days. We accept reservations with prior notice 1 day at least.

ACCESSIBILITY – ACCESSIBLE SUITE

VILLA MARIA NAOUSSA is committed to inclusivity and equal access for all its guests. A specially designed suite is available for individuals with disabilities, meeting all relevant accessibility standards.

This accessible suite includes:

  • Step-free access
  • Spacious bathroom with grab bars and roll-in shower
  • Wide doorways suitable for wheelchairs
  • Easy access to common areas

To ensure availability, guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance during the booking process

PRICE

Upon request, we will inform the guest about their preferred Suite’s availability and rent price. Rent prices that may appear on our website, refer to the price of each suite per day and include any government taxes applicable. Additional services may be available at extra cost. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

PAYMENT

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card, or an alternative Owner-approved form of payment, such as an advance deposit. Unless the reservation is made under a prepaid rate, the visitor will be charged during their stay rather than at the time of making a reservation.

In certain cases, a deposit may be required, in which case the deposit requirement and amount will be disclosed at the time of making the reservation. The visitor may also be charged as disclosed in our cancellation policy.

Payment by Cash or Card at our location

We provide our visitors the possibility to pay for their visit in cash or card at our location. Upon arrival at our Suites, guests who have already made a booking can make a payment by cash or card at our cash register and then immediately proceed to their stay. We accept MasterCard, Visa, IRIS payment, as well as cash in euros. Unfortunately, personal cheques are not accepted. Billing must be settled on presentation. The whole amount of the guest’s accommodation will be charged on the day and time of their reservation. If the credit/debit card provided to us is invalid, the guest will be informed to provide us with an alternative card. On that occasion, if the guest does not provide in 48 hours us soon with a new card, then his/her reservation will be canceled.

We do not collect, maintain, keep or store any personal information on the website www.villamarianoussa.com regarding banking transactions and information. All customer bank account details that may be requested during the payment process, are managed and processed by the bank’s service provider, in a secure encrypted bank environment. In our system, we only store the necessary information, for a limited time that is required for our client/Owner deal or the ultimate fulfillment of the commercial transaction.

CHECK-IN FORM:

Each guest must sign a registration form on arrival – check-in. Please present your ID card, Passport, or Temporary Residence Card upon Check-in. By Law, guests must present personal documents.

Arrival and Departure

Check–In Time: from 15:00

Check–Out Time: until 11:00

Guests will be required to present their own valid credit/debit card upon check–in, especially if they already have prepaid via credit card their reservation.

Villa Maria Naoussa will make every effort to honor any special request for which a guest has already informed us before their arrival.

OCCUPANCY POLICY

Only the number of guests specified in the confirmed reservation is allowed to stay in the villa/room. Extra beds are not provided. If a guest wishes to add an additional person, this must be approved in advance and is subject to room capacity. Please contact us before arrival for such arrangements.

Reservations must be made solely for personal use by the guest or on behalf of someone the guest is authorized to represent. If any change occurs in the number, age, or other relevant details of guests after booking, it may result in additional charges.

RESERVATION USAGE RESTRICTIONS

Guests are not allowed to make reservations for any unauthorized or commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:

Our visitors may not make reservations for any other purpose, including but not limited to any purposes of reselling rooms, reservations, or other benefits, posting, marketing, advertising, or otherwise distributing rooms, reservations, benefits, or availability (including without limitation on third-party web sites), making false, fraudulent, or speculative reservations, reserving rooms in anticipation of demand, making reservations for purposes of reselling rooms, or in an attempt to circumvent our Owner’s practices, policies, terms or conditions. You may not use this Site to make reservations related to any commercial activity (unless specifically permitted by the Owner) or any unlawful activity. Reservations made, sold, or transferred in violation of these Terms & Conditions may be canceled without advance notice in our Owner’s sole discretion.

Maximum Occupancy

Suite’s occupancy requirements are based on fire safety restrictions. The maximum occupancy of our Suites is 2-4 persons. Guests will be asked to rent another Suite if they exceed the maximum number of guests allowed.

Quiet Hours

To ensure a peaceful and relaxing environment for all guests, Common Quiet Hours are strictly observed, especially during the summer season.

Quiet Hours are in effect during the following times:

  • 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM
  • 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

During these hours, guests are kindly requested to refrain from activities that may cause excessive noise. This includes, but is not limited to, construction work, loud music, shouting, or any other disruptive behavior. Your cooperation is appreciated in maintaining a calm and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservations are subject to this cancellation policy. Please review the applicable cancellation policy during the reservation process.

We offer our guests the possibility to cancel their reservations. Cancellation has to be requested in writing as soon as possible, in order for us to be able to inform our availability status. Our guests have to inform us and place an order cancellation request to our Owner, by immediately sending an e-mail to info@villamarianaoussa.com

All refundable reservations that are canceled up until 20 days before the guest’s arrival, are free of charge.

All guests should be aware that it may take up to 30 days from the date of cancellation for the refund to be processed and the amount paid to be returned to their bank account.

In case the reservation is non-refundable, the whole amount of the guest’s accommodation will be charged on the day and time of their reservation.

BOOKINGS THROUGH THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS/MANAGERS

If the reservation was made through a travel agent or third-party booking website, guests must contact that provider directly for cancellation. Such bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective platform or agent and may differ from those of direct bookings processed through accessing our official website.

These cancellation policies are in accordance with Article 8 of Law 1652/30-10-86 (Gov. Gazette A’ 167) and the applicable regulations of the Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO).
